Kodály Philharmonia Debrecen
Kodály Philharmonia is responsible for the coordination and development of the classical music scene in Debrecen. Its duties include the revitalisation of synergic potentials inherent in the Kodály Philharmonic and the Kodály Choir, so that Kodály Philharmonia Debrecen would revitalize more successfully. The ensembles would receive greater space, recognition and acclaim in Hungary and even in the world music scene – to carry on Kodály’s mission with their name, art and work.
The organisation has to face the continuous challenge of audience boost, successful ticket and season ticket sale, the address of the younger generation and the achievement of the set-out marketing objectives. Effective communication needs regular presence both in print and online media. They turned to our team with the intention that they wish us to support their marketing department and to design and edit their advertisements, marketing communication materials and their own publications.
How we worked on it
We started our mutual work by renewing the brand identity of the organisation and the ensembles. We visually harmonised the print surfaces, standardized the appearance of the online channels, created their website, updated their Facebook page, redesigned their programme publications (leporello, programme guides), unified the layout of their press advertisements and we organized brand identity photoshootings. Based on the brand identity origo, we designed the visual material of the children and youth programmes and the identity of all the additional events.

Our mission is to bring classical music closer to people, and in order to achieve that we have been giving many concerts in Debrecen, in the region and all over the world since 1923. To activate our audience a constant presence is needed both in print and online media.
